Tyree Wilson has been a bust up to this point but he has showed improvement as of late. I really like the Raiders draft last year getting Bowers and JPP. If the Raiders get a QB and and a number 1 WR I think they will be a good team next year. If I was them I would drafted Hunter, sign Sam Darnold, and draft Ewers in the 2nd.

After watching that snoozefest of a game last nite (Raiders/Falcons), i m convinced that this will be either the most boring watch of the year, or the most entertaining game of the year, in a bumbling sort of a way. And i dont care either way.

We beat the tacks 10-6 in the lowest scoring game of the season. Do we beat our own record?

Wolfie has been drowning his sorrows too much that he had turned into a broken tape recorder

I know some are looking at our draft position and will want an L but I'd be worried if we find a way to lose this one. No W's are going to change decisions ahead but I want to see a certain standard from our players.
It's worrying seeing mistakes we are now making. This has to be the low point of the rollercoaster journey moving forwards.
A few weeks ago, I would say that I wanted the losses to get to the best pick we could get. But honestly, it doesn't matter if Baalke is still the GM. If we can bring in a real GM and a real HC, that I'd be happy with the 10th pick.
But if Baalke stays, even the #1 overall pick will be wasted.
As far as the rollercoaster, I'd say that yesterday was actually not so bad. The game was fun to watch, matter of fact, it was the best game on at the 1PM time slot. Mac is a goof ball, and I'm here for every minute of it! Dude is out there talking trash, making stupid plays, spinning around and looking like a Saquon Barkley, slinging TD's out of nowhere. He's just a fun guy to watch. He'd make a terrible franchise QB. But as a back-up? He's a pleasure!
I'll tell ya one thing, I bet we beat LV or at least have a close game. And I bet at least one time during the game I will laugh at something Mac does, and then I'll also respect his toughness and grit on another play, and then I'll shake my head wondering what the heck he's doing on another play. And then he'll mess around and throw a couple TDs to Brian Thomas Jr. That's just the kinda goofball Mac Jones is. And it makes for at least a good watch. Which, let's face it, is all we have to look forward to now that the season is totally lost.
I get where your coming from. Mac reminds me of the Minshew times where he was just fighting and having fun. The big difference is Mac Jones is a first round pick and Minshew barely made the roster then got a shot. I have no animosity towards Jones but I'm ready to wish him well somewhere else next season.
The rollercoaster I was talking about was more of the team as a whole. Starr badly then hit a magical run to the playoffs, start 8-3 then implode to injuries then have one of the worst Jags seasons for some time. This team is so up and down that you don't know what's coming next.
We could be a 12 win team or a 2 win team next season. Just no idea which one.

I wouldn't worry about that.

Brother, how quickly we forget that this team let Jake [BLEEP] Browning go 32 of 37 for 354 yards and 2 TD in his 2nd ever NFL start last year. I wouldn't put anything past this team to add too the [BLEEP] show. This Defense is dog water and that's being nice.

I think you need a mental health break from the board, pal.
Just lose baby! It’s draft position maneuvering szn!

Leave it to the Jaguars to set another personal worst record somehow in this game too.

there's no way Loserville wins,we are that team. the team that ends losing streaks. Jets 5 game loseing streak, they play us,and win. Raiders are on a 10 game losing streak.

Predict a game like Bengal-Titans, but with 8 turnovers, multiple missed FG/XP's and at least 1 Special Teams TD.
Jags 26
Raiders 26
So to summarize your posts over the past 4 weeks:
Trevor is retiring.
Pederson is returning.
Baalke is returning.
Jags will eventually set the record for longest losing streak.
Nothing really matters, anyone can see
Nothing really matters
Nothing really matters to me
Glad someone is speaking truth to power!!!

rooting for a competitive game but a loss here. The only thing beating the raiders does is hurt the draft. Beating the raiders is like beating the special needs kid on the basketball court. So what if we win but losing cost us position.

Wife and I were supposed to go to this game. I found out two weeks ago she'd spent $700 on stub hub for the tickets. We just sold them for $100 each...so yeah, we lost $500 in the deal, but if we'd gone to Vegas (from Los Angeles) we'd have spent another $1000 at least cause we were planning to stay 3 days.
If the Jags had even a pulse on defense I'd have still gone...but ... well, other expenses came up that made more sense. Two new tires, brakes for the wife's car.
Honestly, I didn't want to see Doug, Press and Ryan on the sideline.
I'm really hoping I have a chance to see the Jags live over the next 3 years though.

Jags win, Baalke and Pederson given extension. Same scouts, same coaches, same roster next year.
