Does she have to murder someone for anything to actually stick to her wrinkly neck?

Did you even listen to the FBI?

In announcing the FBI’s findings in July, Comey said investigators found no evidence that the emails it found “were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them.” Like many users, Clinton periodically deleted emails, or they were purged when devices were changed.

Clinton’s lawyers also may have deleted some of the emails as “personal,” Comey said, noting their review relied on header information and search terms, not a line-by-line reading as the FBI conducted.

But actually I don't blame the Trump team for continuing to bring this up. It's their only shot actually winning.

She is working on it, though history shows it still doesn't stick.

The FBI Director also said that it is likely that work related emails not turned over to the state department were deleted and devices cleaned in a way to preclude complete forensic recovery.

Yup, they also concluded they more than likely did header scan and not a line by line review.

How much is this costing the taxpayers? I mean we wasted 50 million on Whitewater.

Emails reveal Clinton aide gave foundation donors 'special' access, group says
"Judicial Watch, which released the documents Monday, said in a statement that the messages show Clinton aide Huma Abedin “provided influential Clinton Foundation donors special, expedited access to the secretary of state.” The documents include exchanges not previously turned over to the State Department."

This is just getting ridiculous now.

It doesn't really matter if it proves criminal and/or ethics violations by an appointed official.

The state department wanted to delay releasing the documents until October 14th, yet a judge ordered the process to be expedited.  Why would the state department want to delay releasing the documents?

It sure looks to me like the Clinton campaign is getting pretty nervous about these documents and the Obama regime is trying to stall the information coming out.

The bottom line is that the corruption is pretty blatant and the Clinton campaign is in "damage control" mode.

For the love of God. There isn't going to be any criminal charges . The FBI has seen everything. This is getting stupid now how much the Trump folks are beating this dead horse.

Guess what the FBI seen these emails. Weren't concerned.

So that addresses criminal charges, but what about ethics violations?

Worth visiting this thread just for this.
Let me see if I have this correctly. Donald Trump self-admittedly has been buying political influence (all the way back to Reagan (including the Clintons)) for years and Hillary has been accepting such influential contributions?

Fellas, the system has been energized by money since the beginning of time but now you want to point accusatory fingers. Go figure!

What you just said is a violation of the record keeping act.  The moment that she used the server in an official capacity then she was obligated to maintain that information as part of the freedom of information act.  Neither she or her lawyers had any right under the law to delete any of it.

And the statute that you cited has nothing to do with intent, gross negligence meets the standard of the statute.  The legal definition of gross negligence, is extreme carelessness, which the director used.  This wasn't a case of lack of evidence.  This was a case of prosecutorial discretion.

Moreover, this isn't just a high ranking official.  This isn't just a woman with money.  If her husband had been Senator Clinton instead of Former president Clinton she would be in jail!
