Quote:How many long time GOP leaders have come out publicly against Trump? I can name several. Is it so hard to believe he won't win when multiple people from his own (current) party are running from him like he has the plague? No. It's a rigged poll. Couldn't be that people aren't buying what he's selling or that he is turning off voters with his rhetoric or shtick. No. It's gotta be lies and propaganda. Every rational person should be backing an antagonistic egomaniac who is not remotely qualified for the position. Trust me. Believe me. I promise you.

People are tired of the run of the mill career politicians (ie Bush).. The do nothing and collect a check governor. Just because you're a Bush, does not mean you should have the presidency thrust upon you..

Name these GOP leaders who you respect so much.

Tell him Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, and Ted Cruz don't count.
Well.. every living president thinks he is unfit and declined to attend the RNC. That's never happened.

Every living president.

So, three democrats and two Bushes.

Epic. Simply epic.

Hope those Nazis who showed up at the local Clinton campaign office last week show up in their full gear. I never said everyone didn't like him. Just that enough people from the base are turned off by him. So where is he gonna pick up votes? Blacks? Hispanics? Independents? It's simple math. He will lose and go down in flames. The only question is what he leaves in his wake when he goes, because he is incapable of going quietly. Don't be surprised when he releases another book after this. This charade is just a money grab for him.

Something else that never has happened is the number of votes Trump gathered during the primaries. It has a lot to do with the fact that he is  an unconventional republican like the presidents you mention. Just a theory of course.

Do you believe the stuff you write? A money grab? Seriously?

I'd have happily voted Kasich if the GOP had nominated him. He is also not endorsing Trump. Neither is Robert Kagan, Richard Armitage, Brent Scowcroft, Hank Paulson, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Lindsay Graham, Ben Sasse, Mark Kirk, Jeff Flake, Dean Heller, Charlie Baker, Rick Snyder, Larry Hogan. Hell.. even George Will, Glenn Beck and Charles Krauthammer are against him. Not to mention Reagan's son. Most importantly, the Koch brothers aren't funding his circus.

No. I have never read Art of The Deal either. Besides, if all of your peoples propaganda on here were to be believed, Trump supporters can't read anyway. What's his angle? Book on tape?

Never said I respected any of them. Just that there is a clear rift.

Exposure. Paid speaking engagements. Another ghost written book on the crooked election policy. Who the [BLEEP] knows with him? He's already dabbled in steaks and vodka. It'll just be another low quality, inflated price product whatever it is.

This is Trump's biggest hurdle at the moment.  He has a base, that is clearly evident, but to make gains, he will have to win all of the people Romney won and then add on top of that with a minority group.  Trump is already winning white males.  He is going to have to collect gains from the female vote, Hispanic vote or the black vote. He has scored very low with those groups and his rhetoric in reference to them will be hard to overcome.  So he needs an overwhelming number of undecideds. Problem is, most of the time undecideds split pretty evenly at the end of the day.

Look, I am not saying it is impossible to Trump to win.  I am amazed at the fact he won the nomination.  That being said, If everyone took emotion out of it and looked at it like a chess match instead, there is a lot of work for the Trump campaign to do, all while defending traditionally red states as well. And before someone says Clinton has to defend traditionally blue states, the blue states she has to defend, like Pennsylvania and Michigan, have been targeted for years by Republicans so there is a strong Democratic machine already operating in those states dedicated to preventing that from happening.

Oh, and yes, people who do not traditionally vote will come out to support Trump because they like him, but people who do not typically vote will come out to vote for Hillary as well.

Anyways, I think everyone should chill on the campaign.  Polling suggest most people have already made up their minds.  Most won't change their decision.  Might as well wait until November.

Good thing it's left up to the people instead of the career politicians.

Did you really just say paid speaking engagements? Holy crap dude. I can actually feel my brain cells dying.

Yeah.. some of these names represent fresher faces in the party. And the majority of people are seeing through the fact Trump is a manure merchant with no substance. Just a big mouth.

Supporting Trump will do that to ya. This is the greatest triumph for the Trump brand name. He will milk it for as much and as long as he can without shame or parameters. He'd put his name or face on a sex toy, bong or electric chair if he thought he could turn a profit doing so. The man is morally bankrupt and wholly unapologetic for any of his actions.
Lol. Trump now saying the election is already rigged.

That's his plan. He figures he may lose, so it'll be " the election was stolen from me" . It's rigged.

Of course. It has nothing to do with you, your campaign and your personality. No. Never anything I did. It's the media. The rigged system. Crooked Clintons.

Book it. You'll hear it in November.
