That "dinosaur" is still productive. Come on now, quit being stupid..

Some won't.

Other's can't.

Troll fail.
Having several guys like Poz on the defense would be a big liability, but having 1 Poz is still an asset. He can still be effective in non-passing situations and his leadership will help the defense as a whole. I expect Jack's progress will be faster due to observing Poz' s work habits. I also have no doubt that he will do everything possible to teach Jack what it takes to be an elite linebacker in the NFL. He is the ultimate team player and will not worry one bit about Jack eventually replacing him full-time in the middle. As someone indicated earlier, I wouldn't be surprised if he retires after this year or next and becomes a linebacker coach- hopefully for the Jaguars.

Quote:It's laughable how Poz has been "cut" by the ignoranti ever since he got here.

Reminds me a bit of those who had "cut" Meester for what seemed like a decade.  He's the least of what's been wrong with that defense.  He's got a place here for sure.

Not for long. He's not getting younger and he's been oft injured over the last two years or at least injury prone throughout the year. He's an asset against the run for sure. I won't deny that part of his game. But he's a liability in pass coverage. Period. And he's been known to give up big plays over the middle when we needed to get off the field.
