This has no impact on the team if he doesn't work out. So whoever is complaining is of course, moronic.

As I understand it, he wasn't particularly suited to the 3-4 (assuming this is true) so you could be right?

He's not good, but he was also miscast as a 3-4 OLB in Indy. It's doubtful that he makes the roster, but there's no downside in signing him.
I'm stoked about this pick up. If he don't work out then....no big deal.
He obviously has talent because he played at Florida State and he was a 1st round pick.
He hasn't translated that talent on the Pro level but sometimes guys just need a fresh start or a coach to find their niche.
One thing is for sure, and that is Dave Caldwell is telling the NFL that we are going to have a pass rush this season.
I hope he earns a spot. If not then we have Fowler, Marks, Jackson, Miller, Yannick, etc.
