The last time ( 2013 ) the Dolphins traded up to pick # 3 became an epic disaster for them.
Knowing the willingness of Stephen Ross to overpay for what he wants, the Chargers might receive a package that will be difficult to turn down.
San Diego's GM said the team has no interest in trading down. The Chargers need to stay there, knowing they can pick anybody except Jared Goff or Carson Wentz. This is one of those stories only the media can make up: One team wants to jump over another team for a certain player and a third team needs more picks. But the team needing more picks says #3 is more important to them and almost everyone knows who the first two picks will be, so there is no reason to trade down 10 spots. Keep in mind Miami's GM would not say he is comfortable with the team's running backs if his plan was to trade up 10 spots, He obviously wants Ezekiel Elliott to fall out of the top 5.

I don't think that the Chargers was really looking at Elliott at #3 though, so maybe the Cowboys trade with Miami instead and Chargers take Tunsil? or Buckner and Jalen Ramsey falls to Jaguars!

I mean the Dolphins would want to leapfrog the Cowboys, who are strongly linked to drafting Ezekiel Elliott.
If I was the Chargers, Leremy Tunsil would be my pick. Their offensive line was terrible last year.

However, that does not mean the Chargers are not open for business and interested in trading the No. 3 overall selection if the right deal is in place by Thursday.

The more Offensive players that go in the top 4 picks, the better, in my opinion.
If this happened,they Jaguars essentially have the second overall pick. Pray that it happens.
If they do this it's even more of an indication that the Dolphins have no idea what they're doing.

Elliott is the best RB in the draft, no question, he could be the best blocking RB in the NFL in his first week (tons of teams that want a 3 down guy whom can block for their QB in addition to being a powerful runner) basically what TJ Yeldon was for the Jaguars last season but Elliott is much better at it.

Not the Eagles.. he was referring to the fact that QB taken by Rams, Qb taken by Eagles, RB taken by Miami, Cowboys might draft Tunsil, but most likely take a defensive guy (if not trade down)
thus the Jaguars biggest need on Defense gives them the 2nd overall pick (but not really still at #5 play on words)

Second overall pick can only mean one thing: we are on the clock after Los Angeles selects Jared Goff. It does not matter that everyone knows who the Rams and Eagles will pick.
