Better late than never I guess
We already know he lied. Why he did I don't know. It wasn't that big a deal. Why not just fess up? This became a much bigger deal than it needed to be.
The NFL...
"Oh Hockey playoffs and NBA playoffs are in full swing?! BAM... Brady suspension and the draft to steal yo headlines!"
Welp. Looks like justice has been served.
Quote:Welp. Looks like justice has been served.
Here comes the next injunction.
can they appeal back until Brady retires?

This wouldn't surprise me at all. If you think Brady's window is closing, this may be the last year they can win the super bowl... the patriots are gonna throw everything they can at getting a stay on this until after the 2016 season
Of course he wasn't suspended last year when we played them, but he will this year when the Texans play them......
He won't get susspend at all. all that money he has to pay off Judges he will end up appealing back, and not be susspended
Because its the Pats I don't care how unfair it is.
Good grief, accept it, serve it and get it over with...end this fiasco. Loss of a #1 and a #4, a million dollar fine, suspension of the superstar QB all for a yet unproven charge (I know he's guilty, don't rip me, and I bet Josh McDaniels was in on it FWIW).
Denver, OTOH, paid players (including Elway, Terrell Davis) under the table to circumvent the salary cap during their Super Bowl years and got sent to their room basically. SMH.

How can you be guilty of something that never happened.
I agree jj82284 but this has to end; Goodell is seemingly obsessed with this.
OTOH, Roethlisberger's outside conduct got about 1% of the attention that this has gotten.
It can't end with the guy being railroaded. Even with goodells powers to find him guilty despite #science we took a speeding ticket and turned it into treason.

Sure it can. The CBA is pretty clear on what Goodell is allowed to do. And this is part of it.
