Quote:IMO, last year was worse, yet with all the Winston/Marioto talk I guess folks didn't notice.
No real QB talk to ice the cake, so to speak, this year. It's more like the Bradford or Stafford draft, but those ended up being very good ones outside the QB position (which was thin.)
To revisit the idea that the top of the 2015 being weak at the top, these players had a rating 7 or above on nfl.com:
Leonard Williams - 7.5
Amari Cooper - 7.1
Players that have a rating 7 or above from them in 2016:
Laremy Tunsil - 7.6
Myles Jack - 7.5
DeForest Buckner - 7.2
Ezekiel Elliott - 7.2
So, I really do think the thought this is a weak draft is unduly influenced by a weak QB crop at the top.

Better than 2013... We've just been spoiled from the last two draft classes, especially 2014

Overall this class is pretty good. There is a lot of talent compared to the 2013 draft.

Really starting to dislike this class tbh. Not even really excited about the guys at the top anymore.

Except for the Browns lol

We're at the point where draft fatigue is setting in. Everyone is nitpicking the top guys since there isn't much to talk about now that FA is over and the draft is still 23 days away.
Bosa Ramsey Jack are elite prospects regardless of draft class.

Vh3 and buckner are cool but they dont really have a place here. Then everything really nosedives after that.
Bosa Ramsey Jack are elite prospects regardless of draft class.

100% true. It is draftlash.
This is usually the point if you are a fan of a team that needs a quarterback that you say stuff like, "we shouldn't take a QB because next year's quarterbacks are better".

Each to their own but I think there's good defensive starters deep into the 4th round in this draft.

Today, they aren't much more than big, slower receivers.

Not in today's NFL. They're asked to do it much less, and many teams just sub tackles anymore.
