I'd be more than happy to discuss the point pirkster quoted, but not with people who are going to imply I have a mental illness simply because I asked for clarification on something that was wrong. If any one you were truly interested in discussing the point pirkster quoted, an apology for the misunderstanding would be expected but I certainly don't foresee that happening.

That implies that the link would contain a point being made by D'Antonio. D'Antonio doesn't make a point in that link, just Bielema.

What? As far as I know, D'Antonio's involvement consisted of a tweet saying "Want to do lunch?". I don't think D'Antonio ever spoke on or commented on the point about the quiet period.

 

He mocked the practice with the original tweet, but I haven't seen him mention the "great point" of there being a quiet period.

That being said, I would have no problem discussing the point Bielema made. However, I'd prefer to do so without the insults people throw out over something that I was genuinely asking for clarification on.

Hail is the new spin master...when he sees something he doesn't like or puts a cog in the story line he wants everyone to follow he will absolutely go on a rampage to make everyone forget what they were talking about.  The last page and a half is a prime example.

If it's the point Bielema was making, I can certainly see it. I can't see the point D'Antonio was making and I was looking for a point they both made because that is what was referenced.

Bielema made the point, but yes, the article certainly reinforced it.

I'm saying I thought you might have been talking about a different point (ie. mistakenly linked the wrong article), because D'Antonio isn't making a point in that article. If you had just said Bielema (and not his staff + D'Antonio), all of the insulting could have been avoided. Instead, I simply asked for clarification and then others felt the need to insult me for it.

Not "others", only one person questioned your mental acuity... And you still haven't actually discussed the point that was made by whomever made it in the article.

Just put the offender on your ignore list and you won't have to worry about being insulted by him again.
