Thoughts? I'm curious to see if anyone comes to the same conclusion of the message they were sending for this.

There was definitely a lot of rainbow stuff going on.

Yeeaaaa not too worried about that. It was well played and subtle messaging that they were doing there. I went back and watched a second time and confirmed what I saw the first time.
Like most recent Super Bowl halftime shows, it was a delightful 12-minute power nap.
Why not have Taylor Swift do the SB next year when Blake Bortles is playing?
The NFL doesn't care if you are gay, straight, white, black, male, female, or any other variations of any of the previous, they believe in love. Well they believe in love of money and just could care less who is throwing it at them
Another SB halftime missed for me.
I didn't pay too much attention to the halftime show this year. I must have missed the rainbow stuff.
Did the halftime show solve world peace this year?
Beyonce should have a couple of my children.

I didn't watch the halftime show. I'm done with pregame and halftime extravaganzas. I've seen all 50 Super Bowls. The only thing I want to see now is the game itself. I don't give a [BLEEP] about Beyonce or Coldplay.
I felt kind of bad for Coldplay. They get booked to play then people complain its not diverse enough so they add people to the show. Coldplay goes from headlining to being the opener. Then when they give them a chance to actually play something worthy of a headliner they show a montage of all the great past performances in the half time show.
So they went from headliner to undercard to background music for previous shows.
Hometown metallica should have been up there.
I saw a gay band trying to be straight, and two people impersonating Madonna and MIchael Jackson.
I didn't think it was bad, I just think it was a let down. It was Super Bowl 50 and it was the same boring pop crap lip syncing that they've given us since the Janet Jackson incident.
The technology was cool at points, but other than that...I think Bruno Mars did the same thing last year?
It's just an expectation that the halftime show will be terrible. Don't remember the last time that I actually enjoyed one.
With the state of music these days, I have a true fear one day my kids are going to say "Dad, what is that thing"
That's a guitar guys. Its a musical instrument. That's how they made music back in the day.
Coldplay wasn't lip syncing, but they sure didn't sound as good as they normally do. Beyonce and Bruno Mars certainly did steal the show once they came out.

That reminds me of the Kanye West fans talking about his altruism by giving some guy named Paul McCartney a chance to be on a record.
I just saw an article that Beyoncé made reference to the Black Panthers with her dancers and some of the things they did during the dance. Oh boy....lol.
Edit: It's TMZ and I can't go there on my work computer so I can't link it. I saw it on my phone. Who knows how valid it is.
