Quote:I'm being serious here as a concerned fellow fan. If the result of a game completely unrelated to the Jaguars causes you to post something like this, then you seriously should take a break from the board and from Jags related football.

It's pretty much the same old song and dance for you. It's become personal when you should just be enjoying the playoffs for what they are. I hope you heed my advice sir.
Why don't YOU stick your advice...TROLL!

How angry are you?

Atleast he would try to explain his opinion. These guys just spew word vomit for attention!

Bingo.

The new trolls are worse. Let him come back FBT!

Some of these guys give me a headache. I quite literally feel like I stare at my phone and think "how did this person make it this far in life"? They think their arguments are built with bricks but if you turn the bricks sideways they are just as thin as paper.

Maybe like hulk smash angry? Haha.

He's not coming back any time soon. If you miss him that much, try Twitter.

They do everything for the attention, just like TMD and his self admitted schtick.
Quote:Let's not put too much weight into how the Texans beat the Jags in the finale. We won't be fielding the same team in 2016, and until they get a real QB, they're always going to be good but not great.

There were a lot of key components missing for the Jags in that final game. Injuries did this team no favors, but with a draft, free agency, and getting guys like Marks, Linder, and Fowler back healthy, this team has the potential to look very much improved next year.

Getting angry because the Texans blew the Jags out only to get rocked in the wild card round by KC is just more wasted energy.

True. But the Texans have had injuries as well. But really, our game against them was a measuring stick?

Who's trolling?
Quote:So because you don't know the majority of their players make them a "bad team"? Fascinating
Show me where I said they're a bad team slow boy. Matter of fact I said they're competent. That's what's fascinating you pulling qoutes out your funky [BLEEP].
Quote:... If we didn't play 15 yards off the line and bite on every single play action we could have an average defense.
This is exactly how Cincy lost to Pittsburgh. They played 15 yards off the line to give Big Ben all the time he needed. And it is probably the reason why Cincy hasn't won a playoff game in a long time.
Grrrrrr angry grrrr

I watched that game and not sure it was lost for that reason, pretty sure it had a lot more to do with untimely penalties
Quote:Take note that you're a bigger whiner than anyone on this board at any given moment.  To borrow a word from FBT, your "shtick" is old, outdated, un-thought provoking, demeaning, unintelligent, unoriginal and most of all (9 times out of 10) unwarranted and unwanted. Also take note that you never back up your whining with anything more than name calling (which doesn't surprise me).. At least have a thought to back up what you post. These posters that you're attacking are at least making opinionated posts.. You on the other hand, hardly ever do.. All you do is continuously call them whiners for having an opinion about the team they love. Sure you're not a clots fan in disguise? You kinda sound like one..

You know. This isn't the first time where I'm just minding my own business and sticking to the topic of helping my good friend Bklynjag out and you're like the guy from the Shining saying HEEEERRRESSS WINGERDINGER!!

Please explain how FIRE GUS HE SUCKS HE SUCKS SO FIRE HIM OH EM GEE FIRE DAT GAI CAUSE HE BAD over and over again is explaining themselves or providing a legitimate and valid opinion? What else needs to be said about those posters that justify their opinions on how they feel about the coach? I mean seriously think about that. Here's how simple it is. Person A: I don't like the coach, he should be fired in my opinion. Person B: I disagree, I think the coach deserves one more year but we can agree to disagree.

That's all the context of a poster needs to say. Once that's done, it's well established that they dislike the coach and there needs to be no more said on it. But my issue and what I point out is the constant repetitiveness in which they do it. And thread hijacks that posters have done. And unrelated material like this thread to CONTINUE TALKING ABOUT WANTING TO FIRE THE COACH.

I like how you seem to make this like you know what the thoughts are of the other posters. Like you're trying to do the whole "we don't like you" and your posts are un-wanted and un-warranted. I could just as easily point out there is a clear divide between posters on their viewpoints and you're clearly on the side of idiots.

Oh and calling me a Clots fan in disguise, whew skippy that one just STUNG there! I mean your originality is just so hard to come back on! Why am I a Jags fan? Because growing up, my father and I used to watch the games together since its inception. We never really had the money to go to the games but it was a great Sunday ritual I looked forward to. He passed in 2005 and I continue and hope he's enjoying it with me still. So no, through thick or thin. Regardless of owner, GM, coach, QB, or any player on the team, I support the Jags for life. If I dislike something and want to share it, I'm going to do so and then give it a rest.

I'm not gonna tell a friend every time I see him that the Jags need to get a new coach. He will say "Yea I know, you told me this already." Then proceed the next week to say the same thing. That's my point. Stop saying the same stuff over and over and over and over again. Be original. Accept the situation for what it is, and move the hell on. Now move a long lil' guy, your argument is invalid.

What if the Jaguars had won the AFC South only to get destroyed by the KC Chiefs like the Texans did in the Wild Card game and having a lower draft pick would it make you happy instead of anger?

I mean you always want your favorite team to win, but at least the team is showing progress (while not obvious in the win column, it shows on the performance of the Offense- hopefully a new DC will do the same that Olson did for the offense).

The Internet is awesome.....
Quote:I don't understand getting angry about any of this, extreme disappointment, yeah I get that, but anger, nah, what's done is done, can't change the course of the past season however, this coming season is win a division title or our staff needs to update resumes

I think most people understand this...the frustration comes in because next season will likely just be a setback with our franchise as Bradley proves for the 4th year in a row that he's not cut out to be a HC.  Then we'll be dealing with another HC, philosophy, etc.

You also can't ignore the fact the OP's concern is warranted and legitimate.  We finished 3rd place in the worst division in football and the team we got smoked by got smoked by a legitimate team.

I agree with knowing that we can't change decisions already made but it sure can be frustrating.  I'll be hoping for success as much as everyone else but the "realistic" side of me knows it's foolish to expect Bradley to pan out.

Save the what ifs.

All possible outcomes end with Bklyn pooping his pants.

It's what the drama queen does.
