Quote:I would love to develop Neal Sterling into a move TE.

Me too. Think he can be a weapon for us real soon. This redshirt year working with Jerry Sullivan/TE Coach will pay dividends. Get him stronger and let him learn the offense.
Quote:Joeckel- He had a rough preseason but has quickly turned it around. He is playing good enough to keep us quiet and I'll take that. He is keeping Bortles upright.

He is keeping Bortles upright? No he's not. If there's one person on the offense the Jaguars can seriously use replacing, it's Luke. I'd like to Jeockel relegated to a backup role where we know in a worst case situation you still have him there, but we could totally use an upgrade at LT.

Quote:Cyp- He has improved more than any player on defense. He is a hard hitting safety that lacks range and angles. But he has the ability to change a game on a single hit. Like he did up in NY.

For all his improvement, it's nowhere near enough for me to call him a core player. Nobody would freak out if Caldwell were to replace Cyp as a starter.

A couple guys you left out on the defense are Aaron Colvin and Jared Odrick. I'd also consider Roy Miller as a core guy, although I still think there are at least a couple huge names at NT in free agency that would represent an upgrade at the spot.
