He needed to go a long time ago.  The guy just isn't good.  He didn't assemble a good staff from the start.  That was a warning sign.

Our D sucks, Rivers is a great QB even with all the issues his team has. Yet our team couldnt stop him.

He was a bad hire...  Keeping him after this year would be a very bad indicator as to the intelligence of Caldwell as a GM.  I'm confident Caldwell sees what the rest of us see.

 

It's time to go out there and get a good Head Coach.  I'd prefer a Sean Payton type.  But it doesn't have to be him, specifically.  We just need a HC that has experience and success as a HC.  

I'm surprised he didn't call a timeout during the press conference.
