Wonder what kind of damage he's going to do in Dallas next year.

You think Dallas is still interested, even with Zeke there now? Idk, guess it would depend on the amount of cash.

...and would AP even take a backup role?

Sign AP. Draft LF. Championship.

Go get him Dave!
02-28-2017, 03:19 PM
He'd be a good fit in Carolina

Charles was just released too. This could have a very interesting impact now on how teams address the RB position in this year's draft. Both of those guys are coming off of a lot of injuries though. You'd have to think that maybe at this point they're regulated to 50/50 roles.

Easily. He should be smart enough to know he's not an every down back anymore after all the injuries he's had. I'd definitely take him over Charles though, I think anyone that wastes their time with Charles is just paying for an injury waiting to happen. Having said that, I can't see AP going to any team but an established contender at this point.

I doubt it will happen but it would be nice if it pushed Cook to round 2. I don't see the Chiefs going RB as well as Ware played.

You know Minnesota is gonna be looking to find his replacement though.

Hard pass. He only makes sense for fringe superbowl teams like NY/GB/Oak.

OK, so why this for Peterson yet Romo would be a good pickup?

So a beat up, even older. QB is better. Got it.

running back is the most physically damaging position to play, quarterback isnt
good running backs are readily available, good QBs are not
A quarterback even at age 37 can translate into double digit wins. A 32 year old running back cant.
Again, Quarterback > running back. Not that difficult.

Not that difficult to understand either is that an old, injury prone quarterback, that has played a few games in the last two years has no business on a team like Jacksonville but would serve a purpose on a team missing one piece for a possible championship run. But you don't want to get that through your limited thought process.
It's not that difficult.

No. If the risk pays off he wins us games while also not being someone we have to lock into for a long time like a Cousins/Tyrod. Win now, prep for later.
It's not that difficult.
And this conversation was comparative to Adrian Peterson, and Romos potential benefits vastly outweigh APs. If you cant see that i dont know what to tell you.
