I am getting up there in years... but pokemon??? I never understood it, so I never watched it or played the games. It all looked lame to me.

yeah, I'm actually up there too. I wasn't much of a cartoon watcher, though admittedly I played with the cards for awhile in my young teen years.

Man, what a pick-up Karlos Williams was for Buffalo - got him for virtually nothing. Last time I checked, I think he leads not just rookies, but all NFL running backs in YPC. As an FSU fan, I'm surprised (pleasantly).

yeah it was quite lame.....
I won't hate on it at all. There were plenty of things we do as kids that may look lame now, only because we're now old and beaten down by life's pain.
Look at my 6 year old, she's way into minecraft... I bet she'll think game is quite lame a few years from now.
Being a jaguar fan can exacerbate these pains and more one to cynicism exponentially more quickly, if we are not careful...
Which is why I don't force her to watch our games on Sunday...
