Stop being such a hater...

Quote:How about 3 points scored in 3 second halves this season? Just sayin....
Quote:Was it THAT bad of a call really? Yeldon was gassed after a great run. So Gerhart goes in. He was met in the backfield. That one is on the o-line.

Quote:They were trying to catch the defense gassed after pursuing a big run play by running Toby down their throat.Oh, is that what it was? Well, okay then... NOT!
Too bad it was our own o-line that looked gassed.
Quote:Not at all. The one that really bugged me was the run on third and 11 to settle for a 48 yd field goal. Pitiful. Odd nobody's talking about that. Our passing game was pretty shaky in the second half. Bortles had already had a couple of passes swatted in the air and a sack might take them out of FG range. Passing was considered a risky option at that point. You would like to see your line create more yardage than that, but running the ball was the right call in that situation.

48 yards is well within Myers range. He needs to make those kicks.

Quote:I would agree with you, if we hadnt already seen him miss from 53 twiceAnd an incomplete pass would have left him with another 50+ yard FG attempt.
Quote:Yes it was that bad of a play call. His first touch of the game too. He has proven time and time again that he gets blown up in the backfield.Getting the runner hit in the backfield is 100% on the o-line.
Quote:Getting the runner hit in the backfield is 100% on the o-line.How come every time Toby carries the rock he his hit in the backfield? Also of the other 31 head coach/o-coordinator combos in the league, how many would've put Toby in the game in that situation?
