I just feel like Jamal Adams may be the best talent available at #4.  The question is, do you want him on your team for 10 years or do you want to face him 2x a year for 10 years when the Titans draft him?

A great QB, yeah.  A great RB, yeah.  A great pass rusher, yeah.  A great DT, linebacker, or corner... yeah.

 

Wouldn't want to face any of those.
