Renting is just throwing away your money. When you buy, you can sell the place when you're done and most likely not lose any money or you can make money.

Where his house is located is one of the hottest markets for real estate in the entire country, and it's still a bargain for ocean front property. It's a good investment regardless of whether he's there or not.

Weird seeing some places in my(eeer our?) area on the map. I would never guess stockton or Sacramento. SD and even Vallejo makes since tho.
