As well as Cassius Sendish. Safety fOr Kansas. Another sure ball hawk is Jacob Havens from Liberty. Would be surprised to see him slide to the 5th 6th round.

AND LASTLY. Jayron Kearse, 6'4 safety out of Clemson. Possible to snag him around the 2nd 3rd round next year. Post what you think.

Kearse related to Jevon Kearse?

I've seen articles that say his stock is rising into the first round.   They also say he is cover safety who can cover the entire field.    That's what we need, I think.

Adrian Amos would be a good option in round 3. He's not spectacular, but he's such a smart player. Rarely out of position, but balances it with well timed aggression (good feel for the game), and he's a pretty sound tackler. Especially when compared to the level of play the team has grown accustomed to, I think he'd be a home run pick for the 3rd round.

I would be surprised if they take a safety regardless of the need. It's a weak safety class

Could take a CB to convert to safety. Ladarius Gunter in round 6?

They'll take someone. It might not work, it's worth a try in the later rounds.

Rowe, Shaw, Rollins, Gunter...

if we select a S in this draft it'll be a CB convert project, I think.

Competition for Evans and Sergio... maybe toss in Gratz

If by the end of the season we'll either have an answer or be looking at key FA's and top round talent next draft.

I was thinking the same.

Eric Rowe earlier, Josh Shaw later.
