I'm questioning if those cats actually wrote those letters, none of them seem regretful.  :unsure:

Of course the naughtiest cat ever might be dead. There is no way to know who the naughtiest cats are because people often make them behave badly. When this happens, moving the cat to a better home and training it to love people again is all it takes to stop calling it a bad cat.
