Why does it matter that he does not own the car when they find marijuana inside? Does he not have possession of marijuana when it is in the car he is driving? I have heard possession is 9/10 of the law.

i never understood the people who drive without a license or something along those lines and then have other things going on, like drinking and driving or possession. youre knowingly already taking a big risk. just dumb.
