I found this in the Week 15 Winners and Losers article on NFL.com:

Obviously the conference should have just given it to Baylor because the Bears beat TCU, right?

 

But the playoff committee moved TCU up to #3 while keeping Baylor below Ohio State last week.

 

If they want to have only "one true champion" the conference needs to add a couple more teams and have a championship game again. That would have automatically ruled out TCU because of the loss to Baylor (since both teams would be in the South division). As it is, would you say one game-winning field goal is enough to put Baylor over TCU and the Bears should be outright champions?
