That Kahn fires GB and the coordinators if we go 1-15??? I want GB gone. DC on a short leash too. Why the f did we let Monroe go again?

We can only hope.  That would be a great business move.  For him and us.

The team is NOT getting better; the team isn't competitive and Bortles is regressing under the sub-par coaching and complete lack of leadership shown by Gus.

Time to realize that he is not the answer and we need to bring in a solid, experience HC and coordinators.

It would be right move to get rid of the entire coaching staff.

While I think this probably the ideal scenario, I think Bradley survives.  Fisch, I'm not so sure, but I have a gut feeling that Khan/Caldwell gives him a reprieve due to all of the rookies.  It's frustrating.  I know I'm tired of this clown show and the idiot play calling.  It's beginning to make me really hate football of any sort.  I'm tired of hearing that we saw improvement and it's getting better.  It's getting old is what it's getting, Gus.  It's depressing to watch other teams play and you feel that your team doesn't even belong in the same league with them.  I'll be glad when the season's over and I can get suckered in all over again  Wallbash

idk how you can keep him and company if we dont win another. i honestly dont really plan on watching until something changes.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

I guess I'm just a pessimist now.  This team has beaten my fandom down over the last couple of years that nothing surprises me any more.  I'm skeptical that just a new OC will fix things.  Ideally the whole bunch would be replaced. We'll see.

I thought that Bradley would manage to keep his job until the last two games. The team has been absolutely manhandled recently. They showed some life against Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Cincinnati. But now we are back to blowout city.

It is hard to be this terrible in the NFL.

We are the worst team in the league.

You won't get any arguments from me.  I don't think I've ever seen football this bad on any level.

sorry but no.

If we stay 1-15, I guarantee that Fisch will be fired.

As far as I am concerned Gus is doing HIS job. Keeping the teams Moral up, developing younger defensive players, making a formidable defense with limited talent, and creating a positive image for our franchise.

Fisch however has a lot more talent on Offense and can't do anything with it.

Gus hired Fisch.

Gus' sole responsibility isn't just to keep morale high.

It's not to be a glorified PR man.

His job is to WIN.  First and foremost.  If we go 1-15, he should get the pink slip.

I don't care if Bradley is positive, and a good players coach.  He should be coaching to win, and hold everyone accountable.  Bill Belichick benched Jonas Gray today after putting up 200 yards and 4 TD's last week because he missed a team meeting Friday.  Do you think Gus would have done the same thing?  No one respects him in the locker room.

The ONLY thing that will turn this team into some decent respectable team is another 6-7 veteran players that already know how to play.  6-7 more guys like Poz, Big Red, Clemons....

those guys can play regardless of who their coach is.

Two of them need to be a free safety and right tackle.

Anyone we can get, man.

There's not that much out there most years in free agency.

We have significant weaknesses in most areas of this team

I agree.  Some veterans on offense would be good.  We need a veteran receiver who can mentor these young guys like Robinson, Lee and Hurns.  Shorts and Lewis haven't shown that as far as I'm concerned.  A couple of veterans on the O line would help too.
