"Mr. Sharpton has regularly sidestepped the sorts of obligations most people see as inevitable, like taxes, rent and other bills. Records reviewed by The New York Times show more than $4.5 million in current state and federal tax liens against him and his for-profit businesses. And though he said in recent interviews that he was paying both down, his balance with the state, at least, has actually grown in recent years. His National Action Network appears to have been sustained for years by not paying federal payroll taxes on its employees."

I know a lot of you would criticize the New York Times, but to me, it is one of the best sources of original reporting in the world.

ugh can't stand the guy for obvious reasons. As for the New York Times, people sometimes confuse their editorials (opinions) with their news (reporting). I find their news to be very accurate and fair, their editorials obviously have an agenda or opinion their pitching, nothing wrong with that.

I look forward to a time when he and the 'Rev.' Jackson are no longer "relevant". However that happens, it can't come soon enough.

I can't stand him or Jackson.  Both are two of the biggest racist hypocrites I've ever seen.

I hate no man nor woman but Lord do those two annoy me as much as any other.

The guy was a FBI informant. Who says he still isn't? Either way...is he trustworthy?

But many trust him and believe the gospel of the Rev.

Many are sheep. Led by a wolf.

Opinions are formed by people on who others look up to, follow and respect.

A huckster who sells divisiveness and plenty line up to buy the snake oil.

Complete, absolute phony who as a reverend doesn't pray for you, but rather preys on you.
