This is the first year I wasn't disappointed with a player on our team.  I mean sure week in and week out the disappointment mounted but it wasn't the players to me.

 

All comes down to retaining the Gus Bus.  I'll give all of the players a mulligan for 2016.

He used the TEs and they looked good. So you don't need to pay Thomas as the most expensive TE in the league.


You can use the guys we got or draft one.

Yeah I can agree with this if we can guarantee the next man gonna be better.. I can see Julius Thomas going to a team like Atlanta and having another breakout year.. We need to make sure it was a coaching issue before we make that move..

You have to spend to a certain amount and this team doesn't have the tough decisions yet.  It isn't painful to let him work through the coaching change.  I mean come on look how long we have Mercedes Lewis on our roster.
