The Big Ten is on a downfall (they were often overrated the last several years anyway) and the top teams aren't what they used to be.  OSU took a big hit losing Braxton Miller but they aren't as talented as the top teams in the country even with him.  Nebraska is living and dying on the legs of Ameer Abdullah.

 

Wisconsin is probably the best the B1G has to offer and they've already lost to a good SEC team week 1.

 

Michigan isn't very good and nothing like their glory days.  Brady Hoke isn't the answer there.

 

The conference as a whole is just bad.

Exactly how is Wisconsin better than MSU? Keep in mind MSU is #7, lost at #3 Oregon, and kept the game close until halftime. Wisconsin wasranked somewhere in the teens, not the top 10.
