We have seriously overrated Justin Blackmon

Even if he only played 12 weeks last year, he was still on pace for 1245 yards and 87 catches

Quote:Lol he played 4 games. he wasnt on pace for squat...his last 2 games were regressing in number of catches as well as yards.

Its like a guy hitting a home run in game 1 and you proclaiming hes on pace for 162 homers in the year lol. (extreme example but hopefully you get my point)

Quote:Comical reach trying to compare it to baseball.

Blackmon's sample size? 25% of the season.

The sample size in the given scenario? 0.006% of the season.

I'm comparing (extrapolating) Blackmon's 4 games. 4 games of the NFL season is 25% of it,

And you can indeed compare the extrapolating of a sample size in any sport.
