Why did rookies start practicing before they signed contracts? I thought that was not allowed in the NFL.

They're allowed to do rookie minicamps and stuff, always have been, but if they're not signed by training camp they won't be able to participate there.

I watched his video. Not the most talkative person, very soft spoken as well. Might be one of those let their actions speak for them.

Storm will be lucky if  he gets any reps during regular season as Toby is the plan to carry the load, but he has a lot of potential....
