The unfinished Berkman Plaza II went up for auction and sold for $100. I am surprised Khan didn't snatch it up to be honest.

I'm pretty sure that the construction company has a 12.4 million dollar construction lien that must be paid to them. That plus the fact the building has to come down more than likely is the reason there was not much interest.

Bingo on both points. 

 

The garage collapse ended any hope of that place being finished.  The building is falling apart now.  There's no salvaging it.
