If someone created a story saying he was arrested, they should be embarrassed.

He tweeted that he was not arrested and also included the printout from the breathalizer test showing 0.008.  That doesn't mean he won't be charged/cited with something.

 

Incidentally, the reading was taken exactly at 4:20am on 4/20 Easter Morning.
