Agree that some would easily choose that option or something similar, and for that matter it may well be the better option.

The closest thing the Jaguars have to a dominant player who has to be accounted for on every play is Blackmon, and he is suspended.

 

From what I have seen of Clowney and Mack, I am more convinced Clowney has more of the ability to dominate a game to that degree than Mack or any of the other players you have listed.

 

Of course, if Clowney ends up with some other team, I absolutely hope his detractors are right about Clowney.

I would choose Mack/2nd/4th over Clowney, but I would sure as hell not choose Yankey w/ that 2nd...maybe the 4th. He's a day 3 talent.

 

If it was like Mack/Allen Robinson/Fales or Brett Smith then I would take that for sure.
