Jaguars should draft him in the later rounds and hope he develops to an above avg NFL QB.  Jaguars should concentrate in the early rounds on other positions because of a very weak QB class.

Having a name QB named "Fales" is almost as having a kicker named Blewitt (see Pitt Panthers).

I've liked Fales for a while.  Gonna work out great since he's one of the QB's Jags are coaching.

I honestly haven't watched him a ton, but he sounds like he isn't going to be drafted as a starter, so probably a day 3 pick.

He'll be gone day 2, probably second round even. He's in the next group along with JimmyG and Brett Smith.
