I am serious.. I've gotten cups of coffee from there multiple times, and each time, I've had to wait 10 minutes for it to stop boiling.. Coffee doesn't need to be that hot.. We're not trying to sterilize stuff in coffee, we're trying to drink it..

To each's own, I guess....

I like my coffee and food to actually be hot upon arrival. ....Its kinda the point. I've never had to wait 10 minutes for a 12 oz. of coffee in a styrofoam cup to cool down enough to drink. At most - a minute or 2 - and those are rare times.

Maybe I should try a 7 figure lawsuit the next time I get a water-ice at Rita's for being too cold and it giving me a headrush.

I wish/ hope the lady gets counter-sued and winds up flat broke for life. So tired of these frivolous lawsuits in this country by lazy trash that don't want to work & are only looking for the easy windfall.

When a cup of coffee is spilled on you and it has the temperature of 180-190 degrees Fahrenheit, it causes 3rd degree burns in 3-7 seconds..

3rd degree burns are defined as, "The most serious of burns as it involves all layers of the skin and can cause permanent tissue damage."

Until McGreasy's turns down the temp on the coffee, I say good for her..
