Subbing a player during a game

(This post was last modified: 12-29-2013, 04:07 PM by Dockerill91.)

So I'm in my finals game vs my friend who also is the league owner on NFL fantasy.

And he's subbed Josh Gordon for Julian Edelman during the game (Josh Gordon was on 1.1 points at half time) how is this possible? Has anyone seen this before?

And how can I prove it because it's not in activity report. I just remember seeing him vs Garçon on my team on exactly the same points and next think I see, Gordon is on the bench.

In still leading it ATM..and normally I would just believe my eyes was deceiving me. But this is the same guy we had to speak to multiple times about changing waiver priority in his favour.

Hence why in leaving after this year, (hopefully finishing with a second consecutive win)

I've heard other friends saying this type of stuff happened in their league by the owner so it has to be somehow possible to change them. Luckily I am the owner in mine so it can't happen.

NFL.com fantasy should have a report that tells you any changes made to teams and who by - you can check on that page if an owner did it.

I do mostly Yahoo leagues, and i am the commissioner of a couple. I looked all over the website to see if this was even possible. I am not seeing it. NFL.com needs to change this part of their site up if true.

It's possible. There's a way to do it under the Commissioners Tools. I'm on my phone right now, so I can't be more specific. I've even thought about doing it AS A JOKE...not to cheat.

Never seen it either. Sounds unethical.

Sounds like something Trav59 would try to do. :woot:

A little late, but did you load fantasy page before he subbed and didn't refresh it until way later?

I once loaded a page 20 minutes before games started and my opponent subbed someone in right before game time, but the page didn't show the move despite it regularly updated the stats.

I wouldn't have to do that against you, that is for sure. I own you.

No because I actually checked the players score at half time I systemically check every 30 seconds haha!
