actually, he has a few.... in addition to MoJo getting 100 yards yesterday, we indeed have beaten the New England Patriots.

It's a lesson you can learn from. Smile

I'm sure they're ringing you off the hook.

In case you didn't notice, I'm the guy that thinks the fact that any one of us would be stupid enough to think such a thing is a laughing stock.

What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Quote:So let me get this right, when they were losing you thought they were garbage.  Now that they're winning you think they're ok?

Hey at least we know not to trust your rash irrational judgements Smile

Probably the most common tendency is to judge a team strictly by the end results and to overlook all else.  Even during the 0-8 run there were some signs here and there but it was hard for a lot of people to get past the double digit losses.  I'm not ashamed to say I had started to wonder if Bradley's message would get lost if the team didn't make any tangible progress in terms of the record, but thankfully the players were more persistent than some of us fans were.

For what it's worth, I've read Bradley say even after this win that there still could be mistakes and some backward steps from time to time in the near future but his job was to keep the team on task and keep "get better every day".  Easy to say but much harder to execute when things aren't going well, but Bradley is the guy that seems capable of getting it done.

I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Well, bonus points for you since obviously you can both read and comprehend numbers.

All that said, you simultaneously validated how much of an utter moron you are by ignoring the fact that all of those 19k posts disprove everything you just said.

Maybe you should give a little more thought to what you are thinking and saying. People would probably respect you a little more if you did.

Quote:Fisch is so incompetent he doesn't even think to teach WRs to run past the yard to mark line. This is basic NFL coaching stuff.

Gadget plays are a sign of weakness in the NFL. Fisch is weak.
Also a lot of routes that are thrown short of the first down line allow the receivers to run about 5 to 10 yards after the catch, but since Chad Henne is horrible and throws the ball behind and low to the receiver like last night to Ace Sanders on a third down play it causes the receiver to fall down in order to make the catch not allowing him to run after the catch.

I DVR'd the Houston game.  But I have a feeling I'm about to see something that I was hoping for.

The first 8 games on the offensive side of the ball looked just like every other year I've seen since 2008.  The last 5 games have had flashes of an offense I have only seen by other NFL teams.

It's clear we actually have a coaching staff that is beginning to find their groove.

I know that I'm in the minority in terms of "players" V. "plays".

But I think when we look at how the new coaching staff has grown into their new positions we are beginning to see better development by players that have been around for a couple years.

Coaching is important.  If you have weak leaders, your players will fail.  If you have strong leaders, your players will achieve.

That's basic team sports 101.

....  Yes, I'm actually getting excited about this new Jaguar organization!!!

The lemming slogans (ALL IN or STAND UNITED) mean zilch!!!

Wins with a balls out HC and true progress that looks tangible are much more profound.

We ARE Jacksonville Jaguars!!!!!

I'm still on the fence about Fisch and the offense. We don't have our best weapon on the field and basically makeshift players in about 6 or 7 spots. Henne hasn't played one good game statistically. He has had a mediocre game against Cleveland and that's it. We found a running game and can at least find creative ways to try and get more touchdowns with our opportunities and I credit this to the coaching but it's going to take more than a few mediocre games against bad teams to convince me he's our long-term solution.

No pain, no gain.
