First Blackout

Quote:I do not like either one of those 2 teams but it really stinks watching a coach cheat like that. That is the first time I ever saw a coach cheat the way Tomlin did. He said he was unaware of his location while looking at the jumbotron, but that does not make any sense. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
TL;DR
But people on the post on NFL.com said that part of the problem is that ticket prices are so steep that people refuse to go to the game. The very first post said it was 90Bucks a pop for nosebleeds for a single ticket. That's outrageous ![]()
I read somewhere that the Chargers are honoring the 1963 AFL Championship team on Sunday, too, the team that beat the Boston Patriots 51-10 with Lance Alworth (Bambi), Keith Lincoln, Earl Faison, Ernie Ladd, et al. By blacking out the game, they will deny millions in the their metropolitan area from seeing those heroes.
I believe 1963 is their only title, too, AFL or NFL.

Sunday afternoon ceremonies are never televised.

Sunday afternoon ceremonies are never televised? We've had many televised here in Boston, either live pre-game or at halftime or taped and shown at halftime. I can't speak for San Diego, though, I'll leave that to you.

![]() Quote:It is not us. Yet. Not sure what your point with the "yet" was, but there won't be any blackouts in Jacksonville this year, and there haven't been for quite a few years now. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
It more or less referred to the fact that if we start to slide in attendance, what is there to prevent this ownership from allowing blackouts.

Improvement has already started for the defense, so there is no reason not to expect more wins after another draft and free agency. |
