We are probably a lock for the 1st pick of the 2014 NFL draft.

Tampa has shown up and are playing to their talent.

Atlanta is Atlanta. Obviously they've given up.

Vikings....Poor AP.

Texans.....You Schuab Not Pass!

Jaguars...home of a thousand rivers......time to go over the Bridgewater!

I'm not convinced the Jags are a lock for the first pick with the schedule we have. The Jags could easily sweep both the Texans and Titans and win the last game of the season when the Colts will likely be resting their starters.

So what, honestly what else is there to talk about?

Blaine Gabbert will never be a starter?

Henne Blows?

Blackmon has a drinking problem?

Cecil is a cry baby?

The season is over.

No it isn't. Its not over until they ruin their draft position with some meaningless drivel wins in a season thats already dead. See, the worst possible outcome must always befall this franchise. They can't even seem to lose right. They'll wind up winning a handful of these games down the stretch, you watch - and then place themselves right out of Bridgewater/ Clowney/ or any beneficial significant trade downs that could stockpile us some decent amount of picks.

We've seen this play out before.

Sadly, there'd be people on board with that. Throwing the future away in exchange for some short sighted false bliss.

I swear if they win another few games I'm going to be so mad. No reason to win anything at this point. I may... just may... visit the modis top floor!

Jags can't "Easily" do anything that involves winning.

Although we have the worst talent in the league, the better team does not always win. We are NOT a lock by a long shot. Our guys still have plenty of heart. I don't see us being swept by the Texans. As long as we don't sweep them, I think we're okay. Titans will beat us at home. Cleveland beats us at their place....same with Buffalo. Indy beats us unless they throw in their scrubs against us. I think they will still be playing for the highest seeding possible so I don't see it. I'm seeing. 1 more win.....possibly 2. That should be good for a top 3. For me, I'm still undecided for who to pick although I'm leaning Clowney. However, I would be happy with Bridgewater, Manziel or Barr also.

There is no reason to think the Colts will rest their starters. They have to play for seeding in Week 17. The NFL realized teams were resting players at the end of the year when they were locked into a seed, so to tackle that (pun intended), they decided all Week 17 games should be division matchups. That is why we are not playing against the Bills in Week 17.

Because the Jaguars have only 1 less win than all of these other teams with 6 games to go,   I don't think the Jaguars are close to being a lock for the # 1 pick in the 2014 Draft.   The Jaguars are currently the favorite for the # 1 pick but all it takes is one game to change that.   With injuries,  coaching,  and /  or organizational issues,  so much can change regarding the draft order from now to the end of the season.

Let's forget about us losing every game but 1 by double digits. Wins aren't coming easily. I think we may win 1 more which could ruin our draft chances.

Vikings are the team to be worried about. Their schedule is brutal.

yeah the Titans gift wrapped 2 TDs for us, lost their starting QB in the game, and we still almost blew it

Vikings could potentially get a win this weekend.

Unless the other AFCS teams decide to throw the games against us we will probably end up with the top pick.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
