Locker Injured.

Looks like Locker's about to come back.  Good to see he didn't miss too much time.  For some reason I thought it was season ending.

I hope yesterday didn't dampen the titans spirit about Locker. He's definitely the future for you guys. He just needs another 4 or 5 years to adjust to the NFL. Don't give up on him now.

Titans probably weren't going to far this season.  They looked pretty bad on offense yesterday with and without locker. Truth be told, they looked better after he left.  I had them as a wild card slot but losing to teams like the Jaguars makes me reconsider that. We had several breaks in that game, but I think we outplayed them for the most part.

How does it feel to lose to the 0-8 and now 1-8 Jags?  If I could have 1 win this year this would be the game.

It's funny how they think Locker is better than Gabbert. They're the same guy, Locker just has a lot more talent around him.

I hope they stick with him, though. If there's a guy I'd want to see the Jaguars face for the next 10 years it's him.

Locker is done.

Injury prone, and not good.  Sounds like someone Jag's fans are familiar with.

I don't think it is funny.  I would have a hard time naming a QB that is worse then Gabbert.

"Not better than Gabbert" does not have to mean the same as "worse than Gabbert."

Quote:Locker made a 4th quarter comeback in that game. It was the defense that let the Texans back in it, and win in overtime. He shines anytime the coaches get away from their grind out the game, pound the ball gameplan.

149 yards on 24 attempts and three touchdowns in a little over half of a game looks pretty good to me.

In his previous game against San Diego, he had 299 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, 68 rushing yards, and 1 rushing touchdown.

He has scored seven touchdowns, has no turnovers, and has a QB rating of 99 on the season. Compare that to the other quarterbacks in this division.

Quote:I don't understand.  Living in Jacksonville, an injury to our starting QB means the team gets better.  How does it work in the outside world?  Is it a bad thing when the QB gets hurt?

Nope

BTW.. since Schaub is now parked on the bench, does this now mean Locker takes the "injury prone/fragile player" title for the AFC?

Regardless of what the heck it means.. Locker is heads and shoulders better than Gabbert so whatever it means doesn't even matter.  I mean let's not kid ourselves here,

Gabbert is the worst starting NFL QB I've ever witnessed.. and I've seen a LOT of bad QB play. He's worse than Leaf, Young, Carr, etc. etc.(insert horrible first round QB name here).. he's worse than that.

Locker is light years better than Gabbert.

And that's not a compliment to Locker so much as it tells you just how far behind the "NFL quality line" I think Gabbert is.

THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.

RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.
