I guess Barret Jones must be hurt because their center sucks. 

 

I wish surprised to see Rams C Scott Wells struggle as much as he did last night vs.  the 49ers.     This was the first game I've seen St. Louis in this season.    Based on last night,   Wells at 32 years old looks like the shell of the player he was with the Packers.     The overall Rams Offensive Line was horrific in this game.      That,  combined with them not having a legitimate starting RB,   could make this a much worse season for the Rams than I anticipated.   Before the season,   I predicted them to go 9-7.     At least at this point in time,   St. Louis has major issues on both sides of the ball.

I wonder if Rams fans still believe in Bradford? I mean, it's been four years and he's only been average.

 

  Right now,  it seems like Rams fans are far more critical of Offensive Coordinator Brian Schottenheimer than they are of anyone else involved with the Rams football operation.      The same Brian Schottenheimer that was ripped to pieces by many that root and/ or follow the Jets closely.   

 

  Unless the Rams Offensive Line improves and they get a better RB option than what's currently on the roster,    Sam Bradford is probably not going to stay in one piece.

Givens is probably the best they got right now and at best he's a Mike Sims Walker clone. 

 

...Well, Tavon Austin might be good in time, but he's a rookie and rookie WR struggle in NFL. 

 

Knowing the Jags they'll win and ruin everything and we'll be stuck with mediocre at QB for yet another decade. 

did you watch the game? he had open receivers, he was so inaccurate that i think he had 11 straight incompletions.

   Granted,   RT Rodger Saffold didn't play last night.        However,  LT Jake Long,  who the St. Louis Rams paid big $ for in the off-season,  did play.     Long's best days could easily be over.     The Dolphins probably made the right decision in not meeting Long's contract requests/  demands.     

 

   In addition,   RG Harvey Dahl,  who was one of the better starting Guards in the NFL when with the Falcons,   struggled last night.     Even when Saffold comes back,   if the Rams don't get much better play from their other Offensive Lineman,   they are in serious trouble.      Sam Bradford has to play better but he needs much more help from the O-Line  and running game than he received last night vs.  the 49ers.

Bradford would be a good QB if he actually had WR's, look at the trash he's been surrounded with.. it's disgusting.. give him Shorts and Blackmon and watch him succeed.

For everyone who has every criticized Newton, look no further than Bradford. 4th year in the league, $75 million contract with $50 mil guaranteed. He no longer has anymore excuse this year. They traded up to get Austin and signed Titans receiver Cook just so they can finally give him some weapons. Still has nothing to show for it.

I don't buy the argument that they sucked against the v49ers. San Francisco is still a good team, even without Aldon Smith. You will know how bad they are after games we all know should be easy.
