Doctors remove 28 POUNDS of feces from man, 22, who was constipated since birth due to rare bowel condition

   Chinese doctors removed 28lbs of poop from the bowels of a 22-year-old man
   The patient, who is unnamed, is believed to have been constipated for years
   Experts suspect he had Hirschsprung's disease, which is build-up of feces
   This build-up causes the stomach to swell, appearing to be pregnant
