There was an assault. His personal involvement in the matter is currently unknown. He was not detained but was in attendance at the time of the altercation.

Domestic violence case seems to have no ground.
This incident seemingly has no witness to actually put him in the mess....

Speeding is speeding... so can't get the hammer for that.

Think the shield gives him a 1 game warning, that he might appeal and win.
