Last year that's all we heard about.  Bortles working out in California and focused on it all through training camp.  His form was much improved last year.   Fast forward to this year and nobody whispered a peep about his throwing motion.
It's clearly become a problem and regressed tremendously since last year.

 

Did he get lazy?  Drunk?

 

The other side of the coin is having a QB coach in Hackett.  How did he not see the problems and address it in training camp?  Is this something that came out of no where?

I just did a search and there are exactly 28 threads about Bortles' regression.  28 threads!! 

And thats just counting threads made in September and October. 

Four of them actually have the words "Bortles Throwing Motion" in the title of the thread!!!
