Just got around to watching it. Can't wait to see Tampa Bay finish 3rd in their division.

It's the second 'friggin game of the preseason! If Bortles isn't the guy - and I don't think he is - then ANY quarterback who takes his place will be an improvement. Bortles set the bar pretty low.

Does anyone really believe the defense will play as badly as they did against Tampa Bay? Of course not. Don't forget, we were missing our two best corners. That alone changes this defense.

And the guys 32277 just mentioned - Ramsey, Fournette, Linder, Malik, Calais, Telvin, Ngakoue, Bouye, Cam Robinson, Allen Robinson, Hurns, Myles Jack, Marqise Lee - they make up the nucleus of a very good football team. Any other team would love to have them.

Long term, we need a new QB. Fortunately, next year's draft is loaded with QB.  Our offensive line needs an upgrade, but we're set at the two toughest position to find talent - C and LT.

All one has to do is read seven quipets from this message board and walla, depression cured.

how on earth could we have been dominated in every session and talked down to that much and not respond?  was it maybe selective editing?  From what I THOUGHT I read, it was back and forth for both teams during all the practice sessions

Everything brooklyn describes is awful and pathetic.

Nice touch on giving him the clot treatment.

Nah, If anything they will finish 2nd to Atlanta. Carolina is done, I don't think Cam is a superstar Qb.. he is an older, but better Blake Bortles. Isn't a 60% passer, and needs talent around him to succeed. I see them going something like 7-9 this year. Tampa should push Atlanta for 1st place and get a wildcard birth, they should make some noise this year if Winston keeps improving.

I haven't seen the episode, but it should be expected they cover Tampa's perspective and maybe even have a biased approach to covering the practices.

Tampa is going to be very very solid if not good

LOL, I'm watching this season's Hard Knocks right now, and decided to go back to this thread.

We are in the mid-point in '17 now, and this just goes to show you how not to make too many judgements in preseason, and don't take anything from these Hard Knocks' editing and sugar coating.

I remember on one episode Chris Baker was trolling Jag fans during the joint practice that we are winning 3 games this year.

HBO editors are the best. They made the Bucs look like the playoff team instead of us
