Tweet from Mike Kaye (@mike_e_kaye) - Wash extremely emotional talking about Telvin Smith's personal tragedy. "it's been up and down." His baby boy was born yesterday. #Jaguars

With or without him this week, I expect the defense to be fired up for him. Wonder if Jack will play his position in the case Telvin isn't able to play.

Wow. I can't imagine what's going through his head right now. One extreme to another.

Man, Wash's interview when asked about Telvin he about loses it. Very sad. These coaches obviously care deeply about these players.

Of course they do. They are all humans first, coaches second.

There is no reason to ask that question.

It's a legit question. You can't interpret how everyone views their responsibilities in life on what comes first or second. That's up to THEM to decide.

I don't think "fired up" is the right term in this case, but they will certainly be playing for their grieving teammate.

Where Myles Jack plays Sunday is secondary.

Yes.   But it's still a pertinent question.

They said they moved Jack over to the Will this week, due to Smith's absence.

Jack will take Smith's spot if he doesn't play this week.

Apparently Smith told the coaches he will not play Sunday.

Can someone compile all these thoughts and prayers onto one document and mail it to his Georgia address? If you do it correctly (a moderator should know how) he will get it and read every thoughtful comment. Of course I can't until November 30 but someone can do it for me.
