One thing I learned today...Myles Jack is incredibly fast.

Yes Jack made a nice recovery play but the horrible missed tackle by Yannick is what caused that play

God that attempt at the tackle was pathetic.

Quote:This isn't about how bad our defense is. It's about a special player (Jack) demonstrating freakish abilities and how infrequently he is on the field.
Yeah, great for the kid. He's a fast athlete, I honestly expected it and knew that when we drafted him. He seems to be just as fast as he was at UCLA, lots of people were saying he lost some speed.

And yesterday again:  Skuta snap count: 26 (in addition to that there are 16 with special teams).  Jack snap count: 14 (and other 6 with special teams). These numbers don't specify if Skuta was always lined up at OTTO or sometimes at LEO but still...

It all comes back to our scheme and trying to make players fit the scheme; instead of making a scheme to fit our players. We have tons of speed and talent on defense. It's just not used properly; i.e. our coaching staff needs to go....

Let's Get Em!!!! Go Jags!

Very fast. Unfortunately I've seen him miss a few tackles. I understand he's a rookie, but I hope to see more impactful plays or even hits from him..

We don't need speed and explosiveness, we need guys that get better and demonstrate their spirit like Skuta, man!

Honestly guys the jury is still out on all players until we get a completely new coaching staff. I fail to believe these young guys are getting coached if at all.
