Think about Malcolm Butler in the Superbowl, he knew what was coming and made a play because great coaching had made that all possible. It should come as no surprise that under Gus the team has been horrible at getting turnovers because Gus is horrible at preparing the team.

Quite a few, Brandon Marshall, Reggie Nelson, Dujuan Harris, Mincy.  I'm not saying that they all went on to be pro-bowlers, but many of the same players who seemed to do nothing here were significant contributors on other teams, a sign that they were either not coached properly or the scheme was not adjusted to use their talents.

Reggie Nelson was a useless Jaguar and was run out of town for sucking, but he has been a solid starter ever since. I think some of it was motivation?
