Naturally everybody wants to talk about the most important contest in this election. Unfortunately that one completely overshadows every other race, so nobody talks about the Senate, House of Representatives, etc. We are long overdue with discussing those people.

Jason Kander (D) vs incumbent Roy Blunt ® in Missouri Senate race is interesting.  

 

Missouri is going to Trump by a huge margin, but Kander has managed to close the gap by pointing out that Blunt's wife and 3 kids are all Washington lobbyists. 

 

Blunt accused Kander of being anti-gun, so Kander ran an ad in response where he assembled an AR15 blindfolded.   That was one of the better political ads of the season.  Kander served in the army in Afghanistan, and Blunt never served in the military. 

 

The question is, how many Trump supporters will see Blunt as part of the inside the beltway crowd that they would like to throw out, in spite of his being a Republican.

So a guy who never fought in the military thinks an Afghanistan vet is anti guns LOL. Sounds like a desperation move.
