Who do we take in the draft?

Quote:It's going to be another QB. So start paying closer attention to Kizer out of ND, Kaaya out of UM and Watson out of Clemson if you haven't already. I wouldn't be upset if this new coaching staff decided to take another QB in RD2 or RD3. I'd be happy with Kelly out of Ole' Miss and Trubisky out of NC if they're there and they like them as well as insurance policies. This team needs competition everywhere. But it needs it at the QB position more than anything once you get past the current coaching staff. Bortles will be on borrowed time in 2017.
I don't think it will be QB.

I think Caldwell is still here, his new coach gets a chance to turn things around with Bortles.

Plus Branden Allen

plus a few veterans are likely to hit the market.

Just my opinion.

I'm thinking NT, OL, pass rush

depending how high we select.

Myles Garrett if we're top 3. (someone is reaching for a QB this year I'm sure)

Allen and Tabor are options in the 4-7 range, maybe also Lowell Lotulelei

I think it's obvious we'll be top 5, again... so we have our pick of the litter so to speak, with Kizer and Watson and maybe even the kid from Miami going to be hot commodities for teams still and always searching for a QB.

Bortles has regressed and is a problem this season, but Phil Simms said it last night, you can fix mechanic issues and that tells me this coach staff is doing more harm than good.

Quote:1) Fournette

2) BAP Oline

3) BAP Oline

4) BAP Oline

5) BAP NFL pocket passer

6) BAP

7) BAP
While I think your post screams of trollerism...

I wouldn't be surprised to select Fournette with the revival of the RB, so to speak.

If it works for Dallas, someone is going to try to copy it.

edit: btw Dak was a 4th rounder I think

Garrett, Jon Allen, Malik McDowell.

Gus is gone. Lets hope we have the 1st pick so we can trade down a couple spots and rack up picks. I would draft  Fournette and then spend at least 2 picks on OL a pick on CB, and maybe a strong safety or QB. Hopefully our new coach can fix up Bortles.

Qb wise Luke Falk?

If we draft Fournette top 5, I will break something. We still can't rush the passer and this is a top-heavy pass-rusher draft, so get Garrett, Williams, Allen, or McDowell in the first and go from there.

1. Peppers

2. Trubisky

3-7. Best available OL/DL

Quote:Who else then? We don't have any free agency options at QB next year. It's not looking good. The only answer you'll have to look for and hopefully find is in next year's draft. Who else? What about Kizer or Watson?

Maybe they get a vet in a trade of some sort Romo,Cutler or maybe someone like Landry Jones I don't have a clue.

No Fun

Peppers or Fournette please. The QBs in this draft are trash. Give bortles one more year to tank for Lamar Jackson in 2018
