meh the announcers brought up a good point at the end of the game.  Bortles seems to have issues with pressure.  If he could fool himself into thinking he's down 20-0 when the game is 0-0 the entire game we wouldn't have any issues with him.  It's insanely night and day. 

 

As soon as it's not garbage time it's like he's a different player. 

 

I wonder what would have happened if we had someone just somewhat serviceable that he could have sat for two or three years and worked on mechanics and the game..

 

The sacks were not Blake's fault. Titans players were completely unblocked. Blake had no time to get away from those guys.

I'm not talking about that pressure.

 

I'm talking about the overarching pressure of leading a team to win a game when the slate is zero zero.

 

The pressure that you are the Franchise QB, the field general, the heart of the team and that whatever mistake you make is amplified.

 

The pressure that seems to disappear when the game is out of reach for him and he starts to play back alley fooball and we see these crazy pitch and catches to ARob like tonight, or in rare circumstances, in good games like the titans game at home last year where he would just give Arob a chance.

 

How many times has he tossed Arob a 50/50 this year when the score isn't 8-27?

 

I legit don't know because I've been able to watch three games because I've been deployed.
