With two weeks left in the regular season, there are currently five teams who have who have already clinched a playoff berth and 12 other teams who still have a chance to make their way in. Of the five who have clinched a berth already, only the Jacksonville Jaguars have not clinched their division, but will look to do that this weekend with either a win over the San Francisco 49ers or a Tennessee loss to the Los Angeles Rams who are one of the hottest teams in the NFL.
